The Limassol Sharks Ice Hockey Team, based in Limassol – Cyprus, is the leading Ice Hockey Youth team about 1000 miles around.
Slovak born former Ice Hockey Player Ladislav Valtoš is team coach, ensuring highest level of professionalism and engaging with latest training methods.
Starting from 4 years onwards children can join the Limassol Sharks. There is as well an Sharks “old stars” team gathering once per week on ice.

Our Mission & Vision
The Limassol Sharks’ Mission is “to engage the youth in our community with the creativity and excitement of ice hockey.
As Ice Hockey is a sport no-one would expect on a mediterranean Island the Limassol Sharks aim to introduce this most exciting and challenging sport to the wides possible audience, thus engaging parts of the population who have no affinity with ice and snow.
Our All-Year Round Facilities
In My Mall shopping center in Limassol, right next to the Casino, the Ice Rinck is to be found in the basement. It is run by On Ice, a Greek contractor with a few facilities. The Limassol Ice Rink runs 365 days per year.
On Ice does offer you during its working hours the possibility of renting skates and to try out skating as well. The Limassol Sharks head coach is as well the Chief Ice Security Officer and offers initially private lessons to the interested public.
